Many-layer-squeezed POF Production Line
“Run” Brand, the many –layer-squeezed polyolefin (POF) hot shrink film, is the most internationally advanced plastic packing material with the function of environmental protection .The product is produced by making the linear polyethylene and polypropylene squeezed by the squeezing machine, then through finalizing the design and stretching twice. The main materials are imported abroad and the product fits for the packing machine automatically or semi-automatically. Run Brand, the polyethylene (PE) shrinks film, which has high shrink rate and high strength, is produced by making polyethylene and low-density-polyethylene and widely used as packing material at home and abroad.
   POF is clear and transparent, with protective function, which can prevent the products’ appearance from being affected by dust, moisture and strange smell. Cracking–resisting and shocking –resisting, the properties of POE are rather stable under very high or low temperature and POF can’t break, melt or crush, fitting for packing frozen cargo. POF’s shrink rate is so high that it fits for packing the products with all kinds of shapes and sizes. POF, with good function of environmental protection, harmless and nonpoisonous, can substitute PVC film, especially used in packing food, medicine and exports, POF, economical and practical, have high tenacity, light weight and even thickness.
